What’s in Your Salad??
Today I had a Delicious Salad with a homemade dressing, boneless, skinless chicken breast and 1 Ezekiel Pita … it was so healthy and delicious so I wanted to share it with you.
Here’s the recipe for the dressing:
1/2 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar in a bowl

1/4 tsp Pepper
1 TBS lemon juice.
Pour desired amount on salad and toss.
In the Salad I put aprx. 2 cups Butter Leaf Lettuce, 4 oz. Cherub tomatos (costco) about 10 red seedless grapes, 4 medium strawberries sliced and 1/2 Cup Blueberries and 1/2 cup of Brocolli Slaw (raw) … delicious!!
You can dice up your chicken breast in the salad but I just prefer to eat it alone. I toasted the Pita (plain) and it was the perfect lunch!!
