Do you Log?
I would like to challenge each of you to log what you eat for 1 full week. Anything that touches your mouth, log it!!
Here is a FREE and Simple website to use to do this. I LOVE it – I have been using a food log for the past year and 8 months. I can go back to March 3 of 2009 and tell you what I ate that day for every single meal. It is not time consuming at all … it’s just needs to become a habit. It takes 21 days of repetition to create a habit and this one would be well worth it. So join me … Log your food intake!! If you need an accoutability partner I would be more than happy to help you. I’m doing this right along with you!! I have a goal of losing another 40 lbs. by December … so please, ask me occasionally how I’m doing and what I’ve lost … hold me accountable and I would love to help you too!!!
